RETURNS POLICY
We have a 100-day return policy, which means you have 100 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Contact our customer service team, send the product back to our US warehouse and request a refund.
If you are returning an item to our warehouse, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please note that:
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
- Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Our products are shipped within 1-3 Days using the following carriers: USPS, FedEx & DHL.
Please allow 1-2 business days for West Coast deliveries and 3-5 business days for East Coast deliveries.
International Orders & Shipping

Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery
Payment of additional duties and taxes may be required before your order is released from customs, depending on the delivery address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
